OUR SERVICES
At DIOA, we take a holistic approach to designing for our clients. We have a comprehensive understanding of the design process from initial vision to realization. We collaborate with our clients starting at the Concept Design phase to establish their project’s big picture, followed by adding creative refinement at the Schematic Design phase, and finally, we include all technical detailing at the Design Development stage before handing the project over for construction. That is not where our involvement ends; however, during project construction, we are also available to provide art direction and consulting services to ensure that our clients’ vision is respected and executed accordingly.
PARK MASTER PLANNING & PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT​

The Master Plan serves as the foundation and source of reference for design through to construction. Together with the right program, we translate our clients’ blue-sky ideas into tangible plans, designing environments that are visually beautiful, functional, appropriately sized, realistically budgeted, and aimed at the intended audience and market.

We draw from the widest selection globally and ensure that our designs incorporate the most appropriate rides for each project. Through comprehensive ride selection and precise capacity analysis, we prioritize attracting targeted demographics, maximizing park capacity, and supporting brand all while meeting clients’ project investment goals.
